Team Elegant (Hong Kong) Ltd is dedicated to provide the best service to customers. If there are any problems in the goods sold, such as damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days in order to make the best arrangement for you.

You should send back the purchased goods. If the return is a result of our faults, we will pay the shipping fee. Otherwise, consumers are responsible for the shipping fee.

Each order can be returned for once. All matters regarding to the return policy, aster.com.hk remains the right of final approval and decisions.

Situation that we will not return the purchased goods:

Over 7 days after received the goods.
2.
Being used item opened items.
3.
Damaged goods.

Return Order

Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, P.O Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts, refuse to pay tax/ refuse to provide ID documents/ unable to make import declarations or parcel refused by recipient. When an undeliverable package returned to us, customer(s) must contact teamelegant.com.hk by email to find the solution. However, customer must take all responsibility of relative additional cost.
